My Pro Day Privacy Policy

1. Who is collecting your information?

  1. My Pro Day LLC (“MPD”) is the sole collector of your information. MPD can be contacted at 15909 First St., Reddington Beach, FL 33708; 866-622-4487 or info@myproday.com .

2. What information is being collected?

  1. Registration information collected when you sign up for a pro day event or mailing list may include player first and last name, home address, email address, child’s birth year , school grade, phone number and parent or emergency contact name and phone number.
  2. Voluntary Information collected after payment is made includes graduation year, hitting and throwing hands, league name, team name, position, height, weight, and various other interests.
  3. Transaction information collected for the purchase of an event includes applicable credit card data, first and last name, email address and billing address.
  4. MPD may stores customer’s electronic mail and other communications as a necessary incident to the transmission and delivery of communications.
  5. We do not use Cookies to collect information.

3. What do we use your information for?

  1. Registration information is used for customer service, marketing, and event management. Player name, city, phone number, grade and emergency contact information are distributed to the site director of the specific event for which a customer registers. This information is strictly for camp attendance and emergency contact purposes.
  2. Transaction information is used to complete purchases and assist with customer service, when applicable. MPD only has access to the last four digits of a credit card number and/or name and billing address once payment has been processed.
  3. Location information is used to market specific camps, programs or sponsor offers to customers.

4. Do we share your information with other companies?

  1. MPD will not otherwise disclose its customer’s personal and account information unless MPD has reason to believe that disclosing such information is necessary to identify, make contact with, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing harm or interfering with the rights or property of MPD, its customers, or others, or where MPD has a good faith belief that the law requires such disclosure.
  2. MPD will not, except for the following reasons, disclose to third parties the contents of any electronic mail or other electronic communications that MPD stores or transmits for its customers. The circumstances under which MPD will disclose such electronic customer communications are when: 1. it is necessary in order to provide service to the customer, 2. It is necessary to protect the legitimate interests of MPD and its customers, 3. It is required to cooperate with interception orders, warrants, or other legal process that MPD determines in its sole discretion to be valid and enforceable, 4. It is necessary to provide to a law enforcement agency when the contents are inadvertently obtained by MPD and appear to pertain to the commission of a crime.
  3. MPD will review, delete or block access to communications that may harm MPD, its customers or third parties.

5. How do we protect your information?

  1. The security, integrity and confidentiality of your information are extremely important to us. We have technical, physical and administrative security measures in place to protect customer information for unauthorized access, disclosure, use and modification.
  2. This is not a guarantee that our security measures are impenetrable, but a promise that we will do everything in our power to protect a customer’s private information.

6. How do you control the information provided?

  1. Customers wishing to amend, update or remove personal information not editable in the profile may call or email MPD to do so. Changes are made within 24 hours and can be confirmed by logging into the MPD website. Editable information can be changed or hidden at any time by the customer through the MPD website.
  2. If a customer provides information via telephone through a customer service representative, they can confirm the accuracy of that information by logging into the MPD website or reading the confirmation email.
  3. Customers whose information is obtained through a third party (coach, team manager, friend, family member, etc.) may request a copy of their information by calling 866-622-4487, emailing info@usbaseballacademy.com or logging into the USBA website.

8. Changes to Privacy Policy

  1. This privacy policy is subject to change at any time. All changes will be posted to the MPD website.
  2. When possible, customers may be emailed any changes to the privacy policy.

9. Consent

  1. By submitting a registration through our website you agree to this privacy policy and other terms and conditions stated herein.

10. Contest Submissions and Promotions

  1. Coupons, special discounts, contests, and other promotions on behalf of MPD and our partner companies may ask you to voluntarily provide additional information. This information is used to communicate with contestants and winners.
